Refund Policy for Cooking by Digitwell

At Cooking by Digitwell, we strive to provide high-quality culinary services tailored to your needs. We understand that sometimes things change, and we aim to be fair in our refund practices. Please review the details of our refund policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

  • Service Cancellation by Cooking by Digitwell: If we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation by the Client: If you need to cancel a booked service, refunds will be issued based on the following schedule:
    • More than 7 days before the scheduled service: Full refund.
    • 3-7 days before the scheduled service: 50% refund.
    • Less than 3 days before the scheduled service: No refund.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Deposits: If a deposit is required to reserve services, this deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made more than 7 days before the service.
  • Custom Services: For any personalized services such as customized meal plans, recipe development, or private events, refunds will not be issued once the planning or preparation phase has begun.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Changes to Booked Services

If you wish to reschedule a service, please notify us at least 3 days before the scheduled date. We will accommodate your request where possible, but rescheduling is subject to availability. No refunds will be provided for last-minute changes (less than 3 days) unless agreed upon under special circumstances.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds for cancellations due to extraordinary events such as illness, family emergencies, or force majeure (unforeseen events beyond your control) may be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss such situations.
